Hispanic Physicians takes pride in delivering hands-on, personal service. We are focused on meeting the demands and needs of our clients with the flexibility and versatility required in today's ever-changing health care environment.

 

Our staff is highly experienced in HMO administration, benefit plan design and implementation, reinsurance and Medicare guidelines. These professionals bring a wealth of benefit knowledge, patient care and physician relationship expertise to Hispanic Physicians, along with a dedication to delivering quality customer care.

  • Chukwuka A Chidi, CPA - Chief Financial Officer

    Mr. Chidi is a CPA (1999) licensed by the state of California and graduated from the University of Nigeria with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Accounting. Before joining CNHF, Mr. Chidi was employed by a large multi-specialty medical group which operated primarily in the managed care section of the healthcare industry. He started off as an accountant and eventually became the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Chidi has extensive experience in managed healthcare finance, tax and accounting.

  • Jigar Baraiya - Director of IT

    As the Director of Operations, Jigar is responsible for leading and monitoring internal operations and implementation of technologies used by Hispanic Physicians. Mr. Baraiya holds an engineering degree in Electronics and Communication. With experience of over ten years in the technology industry and seven years in the managed care industry, he is focused on streamlining internal processes to achieve better quality and increasing automation.

  • Divya Nalli - Director of UM / QM

    Divya Nalli has her background consisting of nursing, managed care and leadership experience. She holds an Advanced Nurse Practitioner Masters Degree in Family Medicine from Samuel Merritt University. She is grateful to be part of such an amazing team and looks forward to making a difference in the Managed Care industry.
