As we look back at 2020, we see a year like no other. It has been filled with a number of trials and tribulations, but also a number of learning opportunities. Like many of our contracted groups, Hispanic has been forced to adjust and adapt to this new world.

As many of you may know Hispanic Physicians IPA is now under new management and a new administrative team. We have moved our headquarters and consolidated our administrative team up to Sacramento. Which has allowed us to improve and expedite our claims processing, authorization approvals and expand our care coordination team.
